• Camera black screen after plugging in hdmi cable?

  This is a problem with the camera settings, turn off the camera’s hdmi information display can solve the black screen.

• After connecting the device, obs display black screen, can’t recognize the signal source?（Solutions 1 & 2）

  Step 1: Refer to the connection schematic in the manual to check if the connected device is correctly connected.

  Step 2: Observe whether the passthrough is normal. (Use an HDMI cable to connect the device’s HDMI OUT port to an external monitor.)

• After connecting the device, obs display black screen, can’t recognize the signal source?（Solution 3）

  Step 3: If the passthrough does not work properly and the device indicator does not light up, try replacing the HDMI cable with a new one.

• After connecting the device, obs display black screen, can’t recognize the signal source?（Solution 4）

  Step 4: The passthrough is normal, please check the USB end, it may be a compatibility issue caused by using it with a docking station or extension cable. Try removing the external device and connecting it directly to the computer with the usb cable.

• Why is the sound not captured?

  This may be related to the obs settings or the sound settings of the computer, please refer to the sound settings in the manual to check the reasons in turn.
